After Joe Biden slammed Rudy Giuliani during a debate last year with his famous line that a sentence for the New York mayor consists only of
a noun, a verb and 9/11, Hizzoner’s camp returned fire with a comment that looks a little more amusing given the day’s news.

Then-Giuliani Communications Director Katie Levinson shot back with this sharp retort:

“Senator Biden has never run anything but his mouth. Such a desperate attack from Senator Biden is to be expected considering I –
Katie Levinson – have a better chance of becoming President than he does,” the statement concluded.

Not the first thing the Giuliani campaign miscalculated…
