The Democrats refused to debate on Fox News because they didn't feel Fox was nice enough to them. But McCain should give one of his limited seats to an opinion columnist that attacks him every chance he gets? What does he have to fear by throwing Klein off the plane? Negative, uneven coverage that inflates every gaffe he makes and whitewashes Barack Obama's?
