<description>Yep that is how I saw it play out!

This is part of a comment I left on a liberal leaning blog:

Half time for the game and the lead is passed off to the Liberals, and like it or not I stand beside the flag that waves. In due time the tide will shift again…see our system is pretty neat!

And all the mud(smile) thrown each way gives cause for outsiders(foreigners) to believe that the system is flawed and therefore they jump on the hate of say Bush…when in reality we are just one big giant mixed up family and(as Jeff Foxworthy says) if someone has been to prison it&#039;s coming out in the fight. That does not mean that in a crisis we cease to stand for another. No it just means we have an incredible intimacy. We see the flaws of the other side and always ignore our own. Darn as I read that I reaffirm my stand more so.

I will always remember this political season and wonder exactly did I blink. I would have never guessed that either candidate would be their party&#039;s choice. As a woman I laughed at how Hillary has broken the glass ceiling, but Condi never did? And Obama has made blacks proud of America*sigh* finally?

I see Obama and his cabinet selections as I see a child picking up a rattlesnake- he is missing the venom. The Clinton&#039;s and the ruckus that follows them is seemingly unchecked(I know she lost against Obama- but now she is in...and perhaps Bill too).

Oh well time for me to make dinner for my children before I another beggar asks for a bailout.
