Sorry Ron. You are wrong as well. I watch FOX News, quite a bit actually. I stopped watching MSNBC after Keith Olbermann and crew decided to lurch to the far left.

I was simply showing an example of how the media is taking dogmatic political positions, because they’re desperate for viewers….or something.

You are wrong about (anyone) being here because of not being a fox Newschannel watcher – I watch Fox News/Cnn/and ofttimes MSNBC. It seems as though your whole rant had little to do with Mr. Tiller and mostly to with your Obvious dislike of FOX News. I’m anti-abortion. In our modern enlightened society any one stupid enough not to take proper sexual precautions should probably not recieve the gift of life, but it happens when passion rules the day! What to do with these unwanted children is the problem. It seems to me that there are many people that have to go overseas or pay “under the table” to get children. Why can’t these children be found homes without a Ton of red tape, someone who will love them and appreciate them? We have an adopted Cat – She was 2 years old when we got her we love her and she is loving back. If you can adopt a dog or cat then for God’s sake why can’t you find homes for little Human Beings???

Yeah, I suppose that one could frame the argument in that sort of a manner. It just irks me that the Neo-Conservatives hi-jacked that buzz word to support their own agenda. But your point is valid.

You had me up until you deny that the man was a domestic terrorist. Prior to shooting the man, Scott Roeder had distributed literature calling for all Christians to “rise up” and fight against abortionists as a religious duty, and several years earlier Roeder was found with partially constructed bombs in his car. Roeder is the very essence of a so-called “Christian Jihadist”.

You were making sense until you went on about the italicized part. The murder of an abortionist is a textbook example of political extremism (one could say domestic terrorism) if there ever was one. You’re reading stuff into the quote that isn’t there. Nowhere in the paragraph does Morrissey suggest that Tiller’s murder is a result of jihadism. He’s simply calling it an act of terror, an attempt to impose one’s political will through violence. Which it is.
