		<description>I disagree.  A private club can do whatever it wishes on its own property --- no matter how distasteful.  People should be free to join or reject a collective for their own reasons.  That is liberty.  That is freedom.  And that includes the freedom to discriminate.  The law, of course disagrees with me.  

These black youngsters had a contract in which a sum of money was exchanged for use of the pool.  That contract was breeched and appropriate court remedies for having a vacation ruined should be applied by the courts.</description>
